Olim Fund of the Galilee
May 2006 Report

Shalom dear ones,

It is good to be back in Tiberias after three wonderful weeks with our children and grandchildren in the United States.

We are once again thrilled to see the continued remarkable growth of YOUR fund as both the donation and request for assistance bases move in concert upward, seemingly guided by His glorious divine hand. We are not only growing in total requests and distributions, but we are now very much a national organization having sprung out in all directions from our beginnings here in the Galilee.

Thanks to your continuing generosity and support, this month we have met urgent survival level needs of 21 immigrant families from Nahariya in the far north to Arad in the Negev and in other first time locations such as Ashdod, Askelon and Tel Aviv.

Our donors have also become more widespread and now, for example, include a lovely firmly committed family in Montreal,Quebec, Canada who have not only pledged to help the Fund financially but who are planning to donate lap top computers for each of our Board members that will make our operations so much more efficient. What a great blessing they and each of you who have caught our vision are to returning Jewish immigrants from all over the world who are answering God's call to come home to the Land of their Inheritance. There is simply no adequate way for me to express our heartfelt thanks and love to each of you for your continued dedicated and faithful outreach to our most hurting brothers and sisters.

On a more personal note, I am pleased to announce that I have accepted a position as a member of the faculty of Kingdom Heritage Bible College and Seminary, New Albany, Indiana. My focus will be to manage my distant learning DVD Course on the Jewish Origins of Christianity to the more than 500 students, 70 of whom are in North America and the majority of the others in several African nations and India. Since this course will be required for all students, the cash flow from text books and DVDs should have a significant and continuing impact on the Fund. I will also continue to periodically teach in residence at Faith Seminary in Tacoma, WA and also at Kingdom Harvest.

Attached are the monthly distributions from your Fund as they were determined at our meeting last evening. In the future we will provide you with more specifics about the recipients of the after the fact payments to our three associated dental clinics.

Again, many thanks and many blessings for your loving outreach to my people Israel,

Bob Fischer

This collective payment to our three associated dental clinics covers all outstanding dental treatment that is now complete for five different individuals. Our current reporting format does not provide a means for us to present the details of the recipients. Our process is to refer individuals as approved by the Board to an appropriate clinic for evaluation and for treatment that may be subsequently approved and billed to the Fund when complete. Currently, we have referred four others for such evaluation.
